  1. First wash the millet well and then soak the millet over night or for at least six hours.
  2. Then mix all the dal and soak overnight or six hours. Now in a mixy grind soaked millet, dal with ginger,salt, green chilli and red chilli with hing.
  3. Now transfer the batter to a vessel and heat a dosa tawa and make thin dosa. Cook with half teaspoon oil on each side. Serve with vegetable stew.
